AIH CLUB MEMBERSHIP REQUEST

This application for membership in Americans of Italian Heritage Inc. is subject to the club’s by-laws. Applicant must be recommended by a two members in good standing. Annual dues of $120 with a onetime initiation fee of $30 to be paid when officially sworn in.  Dues paid during the last quarter of our fiscal year will be rolled over into the next fiscal year. We operate on a fiscal year starting on July 1 and ending on June 30.
